God’s power is released in our lives to the degree of our obedience and no more. Obedience is not based on emotion but on faith. Faith is always the key element in obedience. You may have experienced crisis situations, such as depression, despair, failure, or inferiority, but when you obey God’s word, those emotions will change.
The principle is: Emotions follows actions. Righteousness means “right standing” before God. There is no emotional quality to righteousness. It is a state of being. However, when the righteousness of Christ is imparted, the result is PEACE and JOY, both of which have powerful emotional qualities in them.
Like righteousness, obedience and faith have no emotional qualities, but they have the ability to change a person’s emotions. In other words, to change our emotions, change your actions. Obedience is an act of faith. Faith is belief in action. Belief is not faith until you act upon it. Faith is like the wind – cannot be seen, only its results. Obedience is God’s method of protection for our lives. Living within His will, word and way, is a life of obedient faith. When the child of God act obediently on what God says, their future becomes secure.
God’s “Transcendent Glory” will take what is meant for harm and make it work for our ultimate good. God will take our most difficult times and make them work for our Ultimate good, when they are committed and submitted to Him. God’s “ultimate good” for our lives is “CHRIST LIKENESS”.
Whatever you are going through, some good is going to come out of it. Go on and possess the “land” – People Matter.
Much Love,
Because He is, I Am
