OUR COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS
The International Junior Missionary Unit utilizes different means to communicate with junior missionaries, state mothers, International Missionary Department officers and others. Methods of communication are:
Newsletter
The Official Newsletter for the International Junior Missionary Unit is “Salutations”. This newsletter is distributed on an annual basis. The International Junior Missionary Unit newsletter will be available during the International Junior Missionary Unit session held during the annual Planning Session or Holy Convocation of the Church of our Lord Jesus Christ of the Apostolic Faith, Inc.,
Study Guide and Handbook
The International Junior Missionary Unit recognizes the need to address missions-related matters specifically for the junior missionary. Fundamental mission topics are addressed in the Study Guide and Handbook. This Study Guide and Handbook provides the junior missionary with key information that will assist them in developing into a highly skilled servant in the Kingdom of God.
Registration and Information Packages
The International Junior Missionary Unit desires to prepare junior missionaries to serve with excellence. One method of facilitating this is by preparing and making available registration packages to the junior missionaries on an annual basis. These information-packed resources will be available during the International Junior Missionary Unit meetings during the annual Planning Session or Holy Convocation. As well, information packages are prepared for state mothers and distributed during the State Mother’s Prayer Breakfast during the annual Planning Session.
Website
The International Junior Missionary Unit communicates up to the minute information and provides training through the web.
